Human Approach. Robotic Solution.

Understanding

Building a solution starts with understanding your challenge. We take time to understand not only the issues at hand, but your process as a whole. This enables us to build something truly profound that will improve how you do business.

Let’s Get Started!

What our process is like

Step 1

Let’s get together! First, we’ll set up a time to understand the challenge you’re facing and how it fits into your business as a whole. Once we’re confident we can help, we understand your timeline and provide you with a cost estimate. If it’s a good fit, we then draft a proposal and meet to review the details.

Step 2

The proposal we draft is tailored to your project. This requires research spikes into your software and systems to get a better feel for what’s involved. Our proposal includes a schedule of Development Sprints and Turnover Meetings. Your schedule determines how many hours are in each Sprint, and how many Sprints your project will take to complete. We’ll go over all of this in detail during the review call mentioned in Step 1.

Step 3

Kickoff! Our Software Project Manager will be your liaison throughout the project. They work with the development team to make sure we stay on budget and on target. You’ll typically have calls with your PM at the end of each Sprint, but they’re available to help with unexpected issues as well. If you come up with an awesome idea mid-development, they keep communication clear to avoid any surprise costs.

Step 4

Atmospheric results! We aim for the results to be so good it ignites a fire in you to revolutionize other areas of your business. Our software has been called “My favorite thing I’ve ever bought!”, and we strive to hear that again and again.

Common Questions

How long does a project take?

2 - 3 MONTHS

Clients usually come to us with an immediate need. Our typical development timeline is 2 - 3 months, with steadily improving software releases.

What are your rates and how does billing work?

$200 / HOUR

We charge $200 per hour for software development. Once we agree to the project and develop a timeline, we bill a portion upfront. Subsequent invoices come at the end of each Sprint.

How fast can you get started on our project?

2 WEEKS

We can usually start within 2 weeks of a signed proposal. This begins with onboarding and acclimation to your business as early as the week after signing. Then development kicks off the following week.

what sets you apart from others?

COMMUNICATION

In a world where technical expertise is prolific, communication isn’t always as good. By making sure to ask the right questions and understand the right answers, we get to the core of what’s valuable, what’s not, and most importantly—why.

What are the challenges to partnering with you?

PROCESS DETAILS

We ask very specific questions about your process. The more precisely you can describe it and the rules guiding it, the more tailored our development. If you, or someone on your team, can clearly articulate your process, we can ask pointed questions to dial in our goals.

TESTING

While we work diligently to understand your business, you ultimately know your craft best. The better eyes you can provide for testing and feedback, the better the solution will be as it evolves during development.
